FAQ’s

Travelling by car is the easiest way to reach us, and there’s plenty of free parking on site.

If travelling by train, the nearest stations are Addlestone or West Byfleet, where a cab or Uber can be easily found.

If you’re an international customer, we are located a short drive from Heathrow, Fairoaks, Blackbushe, and Farnborough.
Please contact us to discuss travel arrangements.
No.Form Plants is a welcoming space, open-to-all.

If you have a large project to discuss with our team, we’d advise contacting us and booking some time with our team of experts, to guarantee the most intricate level of service.
Absolutely! Our founder and managing director’s dogs are almost as famous as he is! Ollie is often found roaming the nursery for fallen pears or chasing off pesky rabbits.

We politely remind customers that we are a working nursery, where heavy plant machinery is present, so dogs should remain on leads, and children are always supervised. Please help yourself to the jar of dog treats in the showroom, for your well-behaved pooch!
Of course! If your order can safely fit in your vehicle, our nursery team can ensure that the stock leaves when you do.

Most orders are delivered to your site and are arranged with our dedicated, in-house operations team. We can arrange delivery several ways, including via HI-AB or Moffett. We will of course work out which option is most suitable, prior to delivery.
While we sell a wide range of goods, from specimen trees to perennials, we don’t call ourselves a garden centre.

Form Plants is a dedicated nursery: growing, sourcing, nurturing, and supplying a wide range of living specimens to gardens across the UK. Read more about how Form Plants is different to a garden centre.
Like most British nurseries, our stock comes from European countries, including Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.

We also source specimens from within the UK, and Form Plants only works with the best growers and nurseries in the industry. All of our goods are supplied with plant passports, and conform to the strictest agricultural standards.
Absolutely! A large proportion of our orders are bespoke, to ensure that only the finest specimens make it to your project.

Form has formed extensive, trusted partnerships with our supply partners across the UK and Europe, which means that anything is possible, and we can often source goods more quickly than our competitors. Please speak to a member of our team for more information on bespoke sourcing.

RHS Garden Wisley

A garden enthusiast’s nirvana. RHS Garden Wisley is a world-renowned garden, which welcomes well over 1,000,000 visitors annually. The heartbeat of the Royal Horticultural Society, Wisley is located just 20-minutes from the nursery and is set across 240 sprawling acres of horticultural delights. Highlights include RHS Hilltop – The Home of Gardening Science, the sprawling panorama of The Oudolf Landscape, and our favourite – The Mixed Borders, where Form MD Jamie Butterworth shot this video.

Windsor Great Park & The Savill Garden

A landscape of royal heritage and sweeping natural beauty, Windsor Great Park offers 4,800 acres of woodland, open lawns, lakes, and historic avenues just a short drive from the nursery. Within it, The Savill Garden showcases exceptional planting design across 35 artfully composed acres, while Virginia Water provides a serene circular lakeside walk with waterfalls, mature trees, and historic follies. Together, they offer a richly inspiring horticultural day out to pair with a visit to Form Plants.

The Magna Carta

Steeped in history and natural beauty, Runnymede is the riverside meadow where the Magna Carta was sealed in 1215, where you’ll find a tranquil landscape of open grassland, wildflower edges, and sculptural riverside trees. Across the Thames lies Ankerwycke, home to the ancient Ankerwycke Yew, thought to be over 2,500 years old. Together, these sites offer a peaceful, contemplative walk full of heritage, atmosphere, and striking natural form. An enriching stop alongside a visit to Form Plants.
