Form Plants is a Surrey-based nursery, growing, sourcing, and supplying the finest specimen trees, multi-stems, hedging and topiary, shrubs, and perennials, to gardens across the UK. Our friendly, knowledgeable team of horticultural experts are on hand to help you curate the perfect planting palette for your garden project.
Form’s nursery and showroom in Row Town, Surrey, provides the perfect space to explore, to create, to touch and feel the right trees and plants for your design. Working predominantly with garden designers, landscapers, and design-conscious homeowners, we also undertake exhibition and temporary dressing work for production companies, fashion houses, and event organisers, and have supplied and planted a plethora of award-winning RHS show gardens.

Our showroom is nestled in a quiet corner of Surrey, in Row Town, a short journey from Virginia Water, Wentworth, and Weybridge. Located just six miles from RHS Garden Wisley, Form Plants is perfectly situated for deliveries into Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, London, and the Home Counties, while also delivering exceptional plants nationwide.
We love sharing our space with like‑minded, creative people. Our nursery is a relaxed, inspiring place, open to all, with no appointment necessary. Pay a visit to the showroom, and you’ll be greeted by friendly faces, the occasional muddy paw, and complimentary refreshments.

Our Founder
Meet Jamie Butterworth
Form Plants was founded in 2020 by RHS Ambassador and plantsman, Jamie Butterworth. A passionate horticulturist, Jamie’s vision of sourcing and supplying trees and plants to the landscape industry was a childhood dream.
Jamie’s goal was to create a nursery which was welcoming to both the landscape industry and the public. Jamie created the original Form nursery at Dorney Court, Eton, but the business outgrew the location and moved to a larger site in Row Town, where the nursery now sits.
In the autumn of 2025, Form Plants acquired Jackson’s, an established perennial nursery in Chobham, to enable the sourcing and delivery of perennial plants.

How we source our plants
Form Plants offer a fully bespoke service — from initial enquiry to delivery — with each order carefully tailored to suit your requirements. Our extensive and trusted network of growers helps to set us apart within the horticultural industry. We grow, nurture, source, and supply trees, plants, shrubs, hedging, grasses, topiary, and more besides, from specialists across Europe and the UK.
As well as propagating our own plants at the nursery, our team can often be found in the growing fields of Belgium, The Netherlands, Italy, and Spain, hand selecting only the finest specimens to bring back to the UK for your garden projects.
